In this role, you will be responsible for taking and managing guest orders with accuracy and efficiency, providing an exceptional service experience to ensure guest satisfaction. You will interact closely with guests and kitchen staff, ensuring that all requests are fulfilled and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus, explaining specials and recommending items.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the resort's order management system.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
• Respond to guest inquiries and preferences regarding menu items while providing knowledgeable suggestions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience by checking on guests periodically.
• Handle any guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
• Prepare and deliver final bills to guests in accordance with resort standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the order-taking area at all times.
