The Role In this role you will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible to assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and work closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt’s Brand Standards.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
Minimum 1 year of work experience as Team Leader in either Reservation or Front Office
Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
Schedule flexibility is necessary and ability to multi-task
