Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information.
Resolve customer complaints, offering solutions or escalating when necessary.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through positive and productive interactions.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges as per company policies.
Manage customer accounts, providing updates and resolving discrepancies.
Assist with product inquiries and other related concerns.
Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, services, and policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
Requirements
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in customer service or a related role is preferred.
Detail-oriented and able to manage customer accounts efficiently.
Ability to join immediately with a valid QID (NOC ready).
