Job Summary :
As a Guest Service Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
Job Responsibility :
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Process reservations, cancellations, and changes
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
- Assist with special requests and accommodations
Candidate Requirements :
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.Proven experience in a customer service role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office, E-connect and PMS Opera systems.Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
