experienced and service-driven GUEST RELATIONS AGENT

to join its dynamic team.

Responsibilities

Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests

Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service

Promote hotel services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions

Qualifications

Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a luxury hotel is essential

Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)

Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented personality

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Salary & Benefits

Basic Salary : QAR 2,900

Plus :

Free accommodation, transportation, meals, and other standard expatriate benefits (as per hotel policy)
