Job Summary :

As a Guest Service Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to guests, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.

Job Responsibility :

  • Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and changes
  • Resolve guest complaints and ensure satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest needs are met
  • Assist with special requests and accommodations

Candidate Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations with tact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, E-connect and PMS Opera systems.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
