Restaurant Manager for Nightclub – Russian Speaker Preferred

An exclusive nightclub in Dubai is seeking a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing luxury hospitality venues, preferably in nightlife settings, and possess an existing network in Dubai. Proficiency in Russian is preferred to cater to the venue’s high-end clientele. This role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership and guest engagement skills to maintain the nightclub’s elite standards.

To be considered for the role of Restaurant Manager for a Nightclub in Dubai you will need to fulfill the following requirements :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nightclub’s restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and seamless coordination across teams.
• Engage with VIP clientele, fostering relationships and leveraging your existing network in Dubai to attract new high-profile guests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure the smooth execution of events, bottle service, and dining experiences.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue, manage table spends, and enhance guest retention.
• Lead and mentor the restaurant and bar teams, ensuring adherence to the nightclub’s luxury standards and policies.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performing team.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism, ensuring the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work late hours, weekends, and holidays in a high-energy nightlife setting.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a senior hospitality role in nightlife or luxury dining venues is required.
• Strong communication skills in English, with Russian proficiency preferred; additional languages are a plus.
• Existing connections and network in Dubai’s nightlife or hospitality industry are highly advantageous.
