Assistant Restaurant Manager

الوصف الوظيفيLead by example in delivering personalized, anticipatory, and engaging service Address guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally Ensure VIP guests, special occasions, and loyalty members receive exceptional attention Foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement Support in recruiting, training, and mentoring restaurant colleagues Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and peak performance Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support career development Assist in scheduling and staff allocation to ensure optimal coverage Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving revenue targets and cost control Promote upselling opportunities and implement strategies to enhance guest spending Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for efficient stock management Analyze operational reports and suggest improvements for profitability and efficiency Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within a luxury dining environment Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations, service standards, and fine dining etiquette Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and poise Proficiency in restaurant management systems and Microsoft Office Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage Doha, Doha Municipality, Qatar
