Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding and retention processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
- Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Key Prerequisites
Qatari National.Proven experience within the human resources function, ideally in the financial or professional services industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies at a senior level.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.What's on Offer
