HSE Engineer

Overview

Responsible Focal Point for the HSSE Event Management and Reporting in SpheraCloud, and will need to have amazing IT skills to be use.

Responsibilities

• Incident documentation and follow-up of action close-out in SpheraCloud Reporting Tool
• Provide onboarding support and ongoing guidance to event owners, and area focal points on incident reporting and action close-out process and any issues that might arise
• Check status of data continuously and correct when necessary and / or follow-up with action owners, event owners, etc. for correction
• Follow-up missing info on SpheraCloud such as investigation reports, etc. and complete them if missing
• Carry out onboarding Training for refreshers and new joiners on the tool
• Update access and notification protocols for SpheraCloud as necessary to maintain stakeholder access to incident data and reporting
• Generate Assurance Reports on quality of event entries, status of actions, and any gap closure opportunities and work actively with the business to close any gaps
• Work closely with central support teams to manage SpheraCloud user issues
• Ensure Event Management Process remains compliant with local incident management requirements in alignment with respective HSSE discipline SMEs
• KPI data (PMR) reporting as required, support to Digitalisation Lead or issuing reports on her behalf
• Close collaboration with the Investigate & Learn Advisor and monitoring of SpheraCloud dashboards to ensure that the HSSE Culture & Systems Manager, Investigate & Learn Advisor and the HSSE team is informed about recent incidents and any potential challenges regarding categorization, ongoing investigations, actuality of a Life Saving Rule (LSR) violation, open actions, etc.
