الوصف الوظيفيBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or similar field, with a NEBOSH Diploma in OSH or equivalent. 6 years’ experience in an HSE role within the Real Estate or Oil & Gas industry. Excellent understanding of relevant HSSE industry regulations, Major Accidental Hazard Management (MAH), and environmental assessments. Familiarity with QCS, local and international HSE standards, and established international codes and practices. Good knowledge of Qatari culture and strong background of working in the country. Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Arabic. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. Due to Qatarization, preference is to interview Qatari nationals for this opportunity.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, monitor, and refine the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and direction to managers across departments and initiatives on all HSE matters.
- Interface with internal stakeholders (HSE Managers, HSE Consultants, etc.) to cascade the HSE agenda to all functions.
- Collaborate within and outside the company to develop and implement action plans to improve HSE performance.
- Track KPIs, maintain a logbook of indicators, and administer the HSE review process, ensuring all departments comply as required.
