RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, monitor, and refine the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and direction to managers across departments and initiatives on all HSE matters.
• Interface with internal stakeholders (HSE Managers, HSE Consultants, etc.) to cascade the HSE agenda to all functions.
• Collaborate within and outside the company to develop and implement action plans to improve HSE performance.
• Track KPIs, maintain a logbook of indicators, and administer the HSE review process, ensuring all departments comply as required.
