Receptionist (Female).
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and office records.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Keep the reception area clean and organized.
- Provide basic information to clients and guests.
Requirements :
Package 3-3.5K (Filipina).
