Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Have a deep understanding of the car workshops services and products including maintenance repair and customizations.
Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the workshops capabilities and benefits.
Provide accurate price quotes for services negotiate pricing when necessary and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
Stay updated on the automotive industry competitors and customer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Keep track of potential leads follow up with them and provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.
Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with the car workshops business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (at least 3 years) preferably in the car rental or related industry.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Familiarity with the automotive and travel industry.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
