Our client, a leading FMCG Division company in Qatar, is urgently seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Executive to spearhead business development within the hotels, restaurants, and cafes sector (HORECA). This mid-level, field-based role is essential for driving our client's strategic growth. The successful applicant's core mission will be to acquire new HORECA clients, manage and expand existing key accounts, and consistently exceed challenging revenue and collection targets. Responsibilities
Develop effective sales strategies and execute detailed account plans. Utilize market analysis to make strategic adjustments. Prepare precise performance forecasts for management. Control and organize a Key Accounts Sales Team (2 direct reports). Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and product availability. Qualifications
Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field. 2 to 5 years of progressive sales experience, with strong preference for FMCG or HORECA / Restaurant sector. Thorough knowledge and established contact base within the FMCG trade. Strong negotiation skills, exceptional customer focus, and proficiency in Excel for sales analytics.
