Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Have a deep understanding of the car workshops services and products including maintenance repair and customizations.
- Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients highlighting the workshops capabilities and benefits.
- Provide accurate price quotes for services negotiate pricing when necessary and ensure transparency in all financial transactions.
- Stay updated on the automotive industry competitors and customer trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Keep track of potential leads follow up with them and provide excellent customer service to address any inquiries or concerns.
- Set and achieve sales targets and goals in alignment with the car workshops business objectives.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales (at least 3 years) preferably in the car rental or related industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Goal oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with the automotive and travel industry.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.Key Skills
