Restaurant Manager

Overview

We are in search of a driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant located in Al-Rayyan. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and employee performance. Key Responsibilities

Manage and lead a team of kitchen staff, waitstaff, and other employees to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Monitor and maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control to meet our high standards. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards. Oversee inventory management and ordering to ensure adequate supply levels while minimizing waste. Maintain cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations throughout the restaurant. Requirements

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to interact with customers from different backgrounds. Knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays. Valid work permit or residency in Al-Rayyan.
