Role : Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to spearhead our international business growth. This is a senior-level role that demands deep knowledge of the insurance and software industry, an established global network in the insurance and reinsurance vertical, and a proven track record of driving enterprise technology sales across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand adoption across global insurance markets.
• Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients in the insurance and reinsurance sectors.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and industry influencers / partners across the insurance ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles including prospecting, presentations, solution positioning, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs and market trends.
• Represent company at international insurance and InsurTech forums, conferences, and networking events.
• Continuously monitor market dynamics, competitors, and emerging technologies.
