Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team. We are expanding our team and looking for a Sales Engineer who can drive success through innovative sales strategies and a deep understanding of our HVAC solutions.

This role is integral to our growth as we continue to provide high-quality engineering services across Qatar and Oman.

Role Summary

As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, developing business opportunities, and crafting tailored solutions that meet customer needs. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and operations teams to ensure that client expectations are not only met but exceeded. Your technical expertise in HVAC systems, paired with your sales acumen, will allow you to understand our clients' challenges and present effective solutions that showcase Gulf Experts' industry leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing clients by utilizing your services, product knowledge, and applications experience in the HVAC and Industrial Refrigeration market.
• Achieving budget plan provided and supporting the team to achieve the same.
• Maintaining customer relationships and managing accounts.
• Focusing on Service Sales business such as AMC, equipment upgrades, replacement, and equipment rectification.
• Preparing comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
• Assisting in the development of Service Sales Strategy for the country and providing sales forecasts.
• Tracking sales budgets weekly and monthly and reviewing progress and shortfalls.
• Having the capability and flexibility to promote more than one service.
