Job Title Customer Service Executive (Arabic Speaking)
Job Description We are seeking a fluent Arabic-speaking Customer Service Executive to support users of our home services app. You will handle customer inquiries, service bookings, and issue resolution via phone, chat, and email & translations. Your role is key in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for customers booking services like cleaning, maintenance, and repairs through the app.
Salary As per Industry Standards
Duration Full-time
Residency Requirements Must be locally available in Qatar with valid QID and transferable visa
Language Skills Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written)
Good command of English & Hindi (Not Mandatory) is a plus.
Experience
1–3 years of customer service experience
Previous experience in e-commerce , or call center operations is an advantage
Technical Skills
Basic troubleshooting knowledge for app-related user issues
Computer Proficiency
Soft Skills
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
Education Bachelor's Degree or above; relevant certifications are a plus
