Requirements :
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales with at least 12 years in a similar role.
- Proven experience in enterprise IT solution or digital transformation sales.
- Experience in the Middle East (preferably Qatar) is highly desirable.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated target-driven and customer-focused.
Responsibilities :
Drive the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure.Identify pursue and close new business opportunities across sectors.Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted technology advisor.Manage existing accounts ensuring customer satisfaction and renewals.Develop and execute account plans for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and ensure timely project delivery.Conduct market research to identify trends and business opportunities.Maintain accurate sales forecasts and updates in the CRM system.Support the Sales Manager with reporting negotiations and client intelligence.Key Skills
