Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work with SAB business users and SAB IT staff to understand business requirements for new application development and improvements to existing applications.
• Perform necessary analysis to obtain new functional specifications and requirements from the business users and collaborate with technical support consultants to transform these into clear and concise technical specifications.
• Provide functional support and enhancements for SAB mobile applications.
• Support integration and interfaces with other SAB systems.
• Assist BI developers in designing and developing new reports, as well as modifying and enhancing existing reports.
• Support Oracle ERP technical consultants in designing and developing new ERP components and enhancing existing ones.
• Conduct on-job training sessions for SAB staff covering all modules.
• Provide comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing for all functional support activities across all modules.
• Participate in testing processes, applying functional testing concepts to developed or enhanced programs.
• Meet regularly with technical support consultants to manage work plans and deliverables, and to receive updates on ongoing development.
• Raise awareness of risks / issues requiring mitigation, escalation, and resolution.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of Oracle EBS HCM modules.
• Have strong knowledge of documentation methodologies such as OUM / AIM.
