الوصف الوظيفيEstablish and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners globally. Address customer inquiries and provide technical support regarding spare parts and their applications. Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape, product trends, and customer needs in different regions. Analyze sales data and metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize sales strategies. Ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation required for international shipments. Coordinate with logistics and regulatory teams to manage shipments and resolve any export-related issues. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with customers and distributors. Prepare proposals and quotations for spare parts and related services. Work closely with the inventory, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts. Collaborate with marketing to develop support materials for global markets. Stay updated on product knowledge and technological advances in the field of spare parts. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance and inform management. Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities or threats. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services. Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. By fulfilling these responsibilities, a global export sales executive plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for their organization.
Our client is seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager with extensive expertise in international sales and export management across various global markets in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations in the automotive industry.
