As a regulated entity, we are revolutionizing corporate spending and expense management for SMEs through our proprietary platform, which integrates a digital wallet and prepaid corporate card program . We are looking for foundational leaders to help us scale from the ground up and establish market leadership in the region.

Position Summary

The Senior Finance Accountant will play a pivotal role in establishing and managing the finance, accounting, and operational control function at Xpendless.

This is a critical, highly hands-on role that requires a blend of traditional accounting expertise and specialized knowledge of the payments ecosystem. The successful candidate will be the lynchpin for ensuring accurate financial reporting, establishing robust internal controls from day one, and providing strategic financial analysis to drive compliant, high-growth operations. This role is instrumental in ensuring the successful and compliant transition from the licensing phase to full commercial operation.

Key Responsibilities (Foundational & Ongoing)

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including the General Ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with IFRS / GAAP.
• Design, implement, and maintain robust internal financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures to support scaling operations.
• Manage the year-end audit process and serve as the primary contact for external auditors.
