Overview
As a member of the Country Management Team, the Head of HR will be the interface between the business and HR and will be responsible for formulating and delivering the relevant HR / People agenda for Qatar, aligning to both the Group HR and Qatar strategic agendas.

Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organisation's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes to attract and maintain top talent.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Lead performance management initiatives, including appraisals and development plans.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide guidance on organisational structure and workforce planning.
- Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Profile
Qatari NationalProven experience within the human resources function, ideally in the financial or professional services industry.Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR teams effectively.Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies at a senior level.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Relevant academic qualifications in human resources or a related field.Job Offer
