Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Coordinator based in Qatar. The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, documentation management, and coordinating internal communication among teams. Additionally, the role involves supporting operational tasks, monitoring compliance with organizational policies, and assisting in project implementation and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in administrative tasks such as documentation management, scheduling, and organizational policy compliance.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills to ensure seamless collaboration across departments.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Relevant professional certifications and / or a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field are advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to dynamic workflow demands.
