Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for aggregators, ensuring effective communication. Provide vehicles for aggregator-generated customers, coordinate regular service, and offer on-call support outside business hours. Update service management system and communicate status to users through various channels. Coordinate with partner companies' key personnel for legal assistance and address customers' billing / payment issues with the accounts team. Assist in evaluating the company's quality, health & safety, environment, and road traffic safety management systems. Ensure aggregator payments as agreed terms. Perform any relevant additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the immediate superior(s).
Education
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
Experience
2-3 years of relevant experience.
Additional Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to negotiate and manage contracts. Proficiency in data analysis to monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Basic understanding of legal processes and contracts to provide assistance and ensure compliance. Familiarity with quality, health & safety, environment, and road traffic safety management systems to contribute to evaluations and improvements. The capability to handle multiple tasks.
