5 days on / 2 days off, 8–10 hours per day Role Purpose

Ensure all aspects of structural engineering for greenfield and brownfield modifications of offshore projects are compliant, safe, and aligned with International and COMPANY standards, including Shell DEP, EN, ISO, and API codes. Key Responsibilities

Perform detailed engineering for offshore structures, including jackets and topside fixed platforms, across Concept, FEED, and Detailed Engineering phases. Ensure structural designs comply with international and company standards, guidelines, and codes. Prepare comment resolution sheets for client approvals, technical queries, and document coordination. Conduct brownfield analyses, including :

Global in-place, seismic, and boat impact assessments Spectral fatigue studies (RBI) Pushover analysis Local topside and deck extension modifications, including loadout and sea transportation Rigging design and installation sequence verification

Perform miscellaneous calculations for bolted subsea clamps, doubler plates, node plates, equipment supports, monorail beams, and local beam / plate checks. Utilize analysis software including SACS (mandatory), with SESAM, MOSES, and Staad Pro as advantageous. Prepare design calculations and analysis reports using Excel and Mathcad. Review fabrication and detailed drawings, ensuring design integrity and constructability. Conduct offshore site surveys and prepare comprehensive survey reports. Mentor and guide team members to meet deliverable deadlines and maintain quality standards. Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders on document approvals and project deliverables. Utilize model review software such as ACAD, E3D, PDS, and Navisworks when required. Demonstrate basic knowledge of geotechnical data and pile foundations using PSI. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering. Minimum 12 years’ experience in offshore structural engineering for upstream oil & gas facilities. Extensive experience with jackets and topside fixed platforms, including brownfield modifications. Strong knowledge of offshore design, analysis, fabrication, and installation sequences. Proven experience in client coordination, document approvals, and team mentorship. Technical Skills

SACS (mandatory), SESAM, MOSES, Staad Pro (preferred). ACAD, E3D, PDS, Navisworks. Excel, Mathcad for design calculations and reports. Strong understanding of international codes and standards (API, EN, ISO).
