Bid Coordinator

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Bid Coordinator to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Bid Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the entire bidding process, from initial opportunity identification to final submission. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and competitive bid submissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire bid process, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, engineering, finance) to gather necessary information for bid packages
• Analyze bid requirements and create comprehensive bid schedules
• Prepare, review, and edit bid documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Liaise with clients and partners to clarify bid specifications and requirements
• Maintain and update the bid database, tracking all ongoing and completed bids
• Conduct post-bid analysis to identify areas for improvement in future submissions
• Assist in developing bid strategies to increase win rates
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the bidding process
