Qatar We are seeking a seasoned

General Manager

• with a strong background in building construction to lead our civil operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, technical expertise, and excellent stakeholder relationships. Key Responsibilities : Plan and oversee new projects from inception to completion. Manage and deliver multiple ongoing civil projects across Qatar. Develop, mentor, and lead project teams. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Oversee P&L, budgeting, procurement, and cost control. Implement cost-saving measures and optimize resource usage. Foster relationships with clients, consultants, and government bodies. Ensure compliance with all Qatari regulations and safety standards. Support business development and market growth efforts. Skills Requirements : 10–15 years of experience in the GCC; at least 5 years in Qatar as a GM. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;

UPDA certification preferred . Proven experience in managing large construction projects. Strong commercial knowledge (procurement, subcontracting, budgeting). Experience in contracts management. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
