Chief Electrician

Chief Electrician – DP3 Accommodation / Construction Barge Location : Qatar and KSA.

Rotation : 6 weeks on / 6 weeks off.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience in rank on DP vessels.

Holding H2S OPITO certificate.

Holding DP Maintenance certificate.

Responsibilities

Maintenance of Heli-admin and Helicopter communications.

Check that any company or client's electrical / electronic equipment mobilised on board is suitable and compatible to the vessel electrical supplies.

Check that the above equipment complies with Rules, Regulations and Standards for electric equipment.

Maintaining a spare part stock for electric / electronic equipment.

Maintain a detailed log where all maintenance is recorded.

DP maintenance.

Planned Maintenance System and follow up.
