Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sq m of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems. This includes wiring, circuit breakers, lighting systems, and other electrical components in compliance with local and national codes. Installing wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components according to building codes and project specifications. Performing regular inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety. Troubleshooting electrical problems, identifying faulty components, and repairing or replacing them as needed to restore functionality. Conducting tests and inspections to verify the integrity and safety of electrical installations, circuits, and equipment. Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to plan and execute electrical installations and repairs accurately. Ensuring that all work complies with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including reports, permits, and documentation required for compliance and reporting purposes. Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to understand project requirements, provide estimates, and address concerns professionally. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Completion of a certified electrician apprenticeship program or technical school is preferred. Proven experience as an electrician, preferably in commercial or industrial settings. Experience with electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting is essential. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams. Familiarity with electrical codes and safety standards. Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including climbing ladders, lifting heavy equipment, and working in confined spaces. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and contractors effectively. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in installations, repairs, and compliance with regulations.
