الوصف الوظيفيFullTime Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university MME (Ministry of Municipality and Environment) engineering accreditation is a mandatory requirement. Candidates not holding this accreditation must be willing to achieve this within the probationary period Maintain HSE focus with the team to ensure OHSE requirements. Demonstrate behaviour and business practices commensurate with a culture of worlds best health safety and environmental performance. Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to : personal wellbeing. healthy and safe workplaces and activities; and Continuously improve Worley health safety and environmental performance. Identify and report work hazards and incidents. Competent in the use of relevant software such as MS Office Suite and discipline specific software ETAP CYMECAP Able to work in diverse team Able to make difficult decisions and lead and manage others in changing business conditions. Highly effective people management skills such as leadership team interpersonal coaching mentoring and supervisory skills. Must be able to build motivate develop and manage an effective team. Highly effective management skills including the ability to plan set goals; and manage time priorities resources accountabilities schedules and cost. Understands Worley Vision and purpose translates it into team goals and objectives and gains team commitment to achieving those goals and objectives. Effectively manages and resolves conflict between individuals and / or groups. Negotiates successful outcomes that achieve the required objectives and have the support and acceptance of all parties. Good English communication skills (spoken & written) Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups and make presentations when required. Demonstrates initiative and a willingness to learn and continuously improve on performance. Able to work on multiple projects of various size and complexity. Able to work effectively in small to large multidisciplinary teams and share and transfer knowledge within teams. Deliver quality services and demonstrate a commitment to understand and meet customer needs. Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to achieving the OneWay Vision and its associated requirements. Act in the best interests of Worley at all times. Perform any other duties that are reasonably required from time to time. Lead a team of engineers and designers and maintain a good balance between budget and client expectations. Closely coordinate with Client representatives as required for successful delivery Should be handson with Qatar Energy Shell DEP Standards and in the preparation and checking of various engineering deliverables. Lead prepare and deliver with the backoffice team for multiple medium / smallsized portfolio projects. Deliver electrical engineering services that meet Worley its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time and within budget. Initiate manage and where required supervise electrical engineering project requirements Perform electrical engineering services such as : participate in relevant meetings prepare progress reports and follow required checking procedures. ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with project change management processes. provide assistance and advice during procurement construction and commissioning activities. For example write requisitions conduct technical bid evaluations and write purchase orders. If required act as the electrical engineering Lead on specific projects. If responsible for a team : outline project requirements including actively promoting workshare where appropriate assign tasks and supervise progress and ensure the required services meet Worley its customers and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements on time and within budget. Proactively resolve any discrepancies between Worley and its Customers requirements. Keep up to date with the latest developments and technical innovations in electrical engineering. If required assist and support junior personnel within the electrical engineering team. Communicate effectively with the electrical engineering team and project stakeholders including the Customer. Identify issues and problems develop appropriate solutions and ask for assistance when required.
Industry Specific Experience :
- Extensive Shell Projects work experience at a senior level within the Oil & Gas industry especially in offshore.
- Experience within the infrastructure oil and gas industry or power industry.
