Job Overview
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead Industrial Power Solutions. The candidate will manage sales of Industrial UPS, Battery Chargers, Stationary Batteries, and Critical Power Systems across sectors including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Data Centers, and Infrastructure. The role requires deep technical knowledge of reserve power solutions, ability to develop new accounts, manage key clients, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities in Industrial UPS, DC Battery Chargers, and Battery sectors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Expand presence with EPCs, system integrators, utilities, and end‑users in the region.
Client & Account Management
Build and nurture strong customer relationships with key accounts.Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms to close deals profitably.Technical & Solution Selling
Understand and present technical specifications of UPS systems, battery sizing, and charging solutions.Work closely with engineering teams to customize solutions as per project requirements.Review tender specifications and prepare compliance documents, deviation lists, and technical clarifications.Monitor competitor activities, emerging technologies, and market developments.Identify new verticals and growth opportunities in critical power systems.Provide market feedback to management for product positioning and pricing strategies.Project Coordination
Liaise with internal teams for order processing, delivery schedules, and after‑sales support.Ensure smooth execution of projects along with service teams.Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline, and CRM reports.Report regularly to senior management on sales performance and market insights.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 8 years of proven sales experience in Industrial UPS, Battery Chargers, and Stationary Battery solutions.Strong technical knowledge of VRLA, NiCd, and Lithium‑ion battery technologies.Experience in dealing with EPC contractors, utilities, oil & gas companies, and industrial clients.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Result‑driven mindset with ability to meet and exceed targets.Strong network within power systems industry in the GCC / MENA preferred.What We Offer
