Experience Required

Minimum 8+ years in Sales & Business Development of Industrial UPS systems, Battery Chargers, and Industrial Batteries (VRLA, NiCd, Lithium-ion preferred).

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead Industrial Power Solutions. The candidate will manage sales of Industrial UPS, Battery Chargers, Stationary Batteries, and Critical Power Systems across sectors including Oil & Gas, Utilities, Data Centers, and Infrastructure. The role requires deep technical knowledge of reserve power solutions, ability to develop new accounts, manage key clients, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Identify, qualify, and win new business opportunities in Industrial UPS, DC Battery Chargers, and Battery sectors.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Expand presence with EPCs, system integrators, utilities, and end‑users in the region.
