الوصف الوظيفيDiploma in Engineering or relevant discipline. Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Services. At least 5 years’ experience in Turnaround / Shutdown (TA / SD) projects. Strong background in TA / SD Planning. Proficiency in MS Project and / or Primavera. Hands-on experience in SAP (PM Module Operations). Excellent communication skills with fluency in English. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Quantity Surveyor
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare, review, and manage all cost estimates, BOQs, and cost control documentation for Turnaround / Shutdown (TA / SD) projects.
- Support TA / SD planning and execution activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate with project teams to validate quantities, resources, and progress tracking.
- Utilize MS Project and / or Primavera for project planning and reporting.
- Operate and maintain project-related data in SAP (PM Module).
- Provide technical support in contract administration, variations, and claims.
- Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.
