Quantity Surveyors / Estimator

to join our company on a full-time basis. Candidates with MMUP / UPDA Certification are highly recommended.

Responsibilities

Must have experience in Civil works.

To develop and prepare BOQ.

To send enquiry and obtain quotations from sub-contractors / suppliers.

Experience in analysis Tender documents.

Develop detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, ensuring accurate forecasting of materials, labor, and overhead expenses.

Review and analyse project plans, specifications, and proposals to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.

Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals, highlighting the value proposition and justifying cost estimates to stakeholders.

Maintain detailed records of estimates and revisions for future references and continuous improvement of estimation practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Pay attention to details and accuracy of information.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

B.Sc Civil Engineering or B.Sc in Quantity Surveying with 7 to 10 years of experience.
