Requirements for the MRICS Senior Cost Consultant Quantity Surveyor job- Construction Jobs in Qatar
MRICS Chartered Status is a requirement for this job vacancy. Our client is a Cost Consultancy organisation.
Experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Consultant / PQS with a recognised Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK.
You should have circa 8-10 years of post-degree experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Consultant.
A 3-year degree qualification in Quantity Surveying from a recognised University. Please note that your Degree Qualification must be a full-time degree qualification due to some visa restrictions for these vacancies. Please state on your Curriculum Vitae the start and completion date of your Degree in Quantity Surveying.
Please note : Your 3-year degree MUST be in Quantity Surveying. Our client will not consider candidates without this. A 2-year MSc in Quantity Surveying and a degree in an unrelated subject (e.g., sports or geography) or Civil Engineering is NOT acceptable for this client.
In addition, you will have building experience in Mixed-Use, Commercial and / or Residential. A mix of two or more sectors would be ideal. This experience MUST be new Build. Our client is not seeking fit-out / refurb or interiors experience.
As a result of visa allocations, for this client, we can only offer this role to British or Irish Nationals currently.

Salary & Benefits - Salaries for Quantity Surveyors in the Middle East
A salary (tax-free) discussed on a case-by-case basis, circa
35,000- 42,000 QAR
Per Month. Total package dependent upon experience. In addition to a basic salary, you will also receive the following.
Mobilisation and demobilisation flights
Laptop, Mobile Phone, Visa
Medical Cover
Bonus as per Qatar law
Visa costs - paid by the company.
