Quantity Surveyor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare, review, and manage all cost estimates, BOQs, and cost control documentation for Turnaround / Shutdown (TA / SD) projects.
  • Support TA / SD planning and execution activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
  • Coordinate with project teams to validate quantities, resources, and progress tracking.
  • Utilize MS Project and / or Primavera for project planning and reporting.
  • Operate and maintain project-related data in SAP (PM Module).
  • Provide technical support in contract administration, variations, and claims.
  • Generate accurate reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Quantity Surveying / Technical Services.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Turnaround / Shutdown (TA / SD) projects.
  • Strong background in TA / SD Planning.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and / or Primavera.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP (PM Module Operations).
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
