Overview As a Registered Nurse | Wellness Planner, you will be responsible for the overall operations related to medical matters within People Resources, contributing to a high-standard guest and colleague experience in a luxury pre-opening property.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and wellbeing planning aligned with luxury and lifestyle hotel standards.

Coordinate medical-related activities and resources for guests and colleagues.

Support pre-opening operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety and wellbeing protocols.

Collaborate with hotel leadership to maintain excellent service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a hotel nurse or in a similar wellness / health role within luxury and lifestyle environments.

Pre-opening experience is an advantage.

Strong communication skills, warm and engaging personality, and ability to work in a diverse team.

Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts in a busy environment.

Ability to lift, push and pull heavy objects as part of physical requirements.
