Office assistant

Overview

Office Assistant - Lusail, Qatar (Preference : Indians and English Speakers). We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office, managing customer service inquiries, and supporting other departments with various tasks. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information; filing documents; answering phones; managing customer service inquiries; and preparing reports.
• Assist with other administrative tasks such as preparing presentations, arranging travel plans, organizing meetings, etc.
• Manage office supplies inventory.
• Provide clerical support such as data entry and document preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
