Office Assistant for Indian Nationals in Al-Wakra, Qatar

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails
  • Organize and maintain files and documents
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Perform general office tasks as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as preparing invoices and processing payments

Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Fluency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred
  • For this role, prior experience and strong English skills are not required
