Office assistant vacancy in Lusail Qatar

Office Assistant - Indian National - Lusail, Qatar

We are a fast-paced and growing company seeking an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Greet clients and visitors
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Organize and schedule appointments
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain filing system
  • Assist with data entry and record keeping
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Indian nationality with valid residency in Qatar
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

    • Salary

    The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

    Location

    This role is located in Lusail, Qatar.
