Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Director to lead and oversee our company’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, as well as a deep understanding of digital marketing, market research, and customer behavior. Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Analytics :
Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with company goals and target audiences. Conduct market research and use data analytics tools to identify opportunities, optimize strategies, and improve ROI based on insights and competitor analysis. Stay updated on marketing trends to continuously refine and improve strategies.
Brand & Content Management :
Ensure brand consistency across digital and traditional channels (social media, email, print ads, etc.). Oversee content creation and campaign execution, ensuring alignment with SEO and marketing goals.
Event Planning & Management :
Plan and execute marketing events like product launches, trade shows, and customer engagement activities. Participate in industry events and customer-focused events to enhance brand visibility and build relationships with key stakeholders and corporate accounts. Coordinate event logistics, promotions, and follow-up with cross-functional teams.
Budget Management :
Manage the marketing budget by developing and allocating resources efficiently across campaigns, tracking expenditures, optimizing spending based on ROI, and providing regular reports to ensure financial goals are met within set limits.
Team Collaboration & Leadership :
Lead and mentor the marketing team, including external agencies, providing guidance and support as needed. Maintain strong relationships with external agencies and vendors, and collaborate with sales, operations, and other teams to ensure alignment with broader business objectives and deliver high-quality content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. At least five (5) years in a marketing managerial role. Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience with marketing analytics and CRM software (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.). Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail and design.
