We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager for our Residences division in Doha, Qatar. As the Sales Manager Residences you will lead our team of sales professionals in promoting and selling luxury residential properties in one of the most exciting real estate markets in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize revenue and market share
Lead, motivate and mentor a high-performing team of sales professionals
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, investors and industry partners
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Set and monitor individual and team sales targets ensuring consistent achievement
Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales materials and campaigns
Oversee the entire sales process from initial client contact to successful closing
Provide regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Ensure compliance with local real estate laws and regulations
Represent the company at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales with a proven track record of success
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Strong knowledge of the Doha and Qatar real estate market
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
Experience in strategic planning and performance tracking
Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable sales strategies
Strong network within the luxury real estate industry
Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable
Real estate license (if required by local regulations)
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel as needed
