PROCUREMENT AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE : PROCUREMENT AND WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR FOR ARAB INTERNATIONAL ACADEMY (BOTH BRANCHES DOHA & LUSAIL)

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics or a relevant field.
• Excellent computer data entry skills along with skills of administration and organization, including file management skills and proactive work initiation.
• Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good negotiation and communication abilities.
• A minimum of 5 years of total experience in procurement, warehousing, or a related supply chain role, including at least 2 years of experience in Qatar.
• Familiarity with procurement regulations, vendor management, and inventory control systems.
• Exemplary business Arabic and English skills (reading / writing / speaking).
• Ability to work under pressure and be able to meet deadlines for procurement orders along with work experience for mature judgement.
• Proficient in ERP procurement software (such as SAP or Focus. Etc).

REPORTS TO : Division Manager

INTERFACES WITH : Superintendent, DM, Heads & Principals, Chief Accountant, Instructional Faculty, Accountant, vendors and suppliers.

JOB GOAL :

The Procurement and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing the full cycle of procurement and inventory processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing of goods and services while maintaining organized warehouse operations.
