to oversee the strategic and operational performance of a luxury property in Doha. This high-impact role serves as the bridge between ownership and hotel management, ensuring the asset delivers optimal financial returns, maintains brand standards, and preserves long-term value.

Key Responsibilities : Financial Oversight :

Analyze financial reports, monitor budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost control. Operational Excellence :

Guide daily hotel operations to meet service benchmarks and efficiency goals. Capital Projects :

Lead renovation and development initiatives, ensuring timely execution and budget alignment. Brand & Compliance :

Ensure full adherence to brand standards, legal requirements, and management agreements. Stakeholder Engagement :

Act as the primary liaison between owners, operators, vendors, and contractors. Strategic Planning :

Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability, guest satisfaction, and asset value. Contract & Vendor Management :

Negotiate and manage contracts to secure favorable terms for ownership.

Ideal Candidate Profile : Minimum

10–15 years

of experience in hospitality operations, asset management, or hotel development. Strong financial acumen and experience in hotel performance analysis. Proven leadership in hospitality operations and asset management. Expertise in project management and capital planning. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Deep understanding of regional market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
