Digital Transformation Manager

Job Overview

We have been mandated to headhunt a highly experienced Digital Transformation Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation projects for government entities across Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing national-level digital initiatives, including strategy development, process automation, AI integration, and digital governance. This role requires deep expertise in working with government agencies in the region and fluency in local native language to effectively liaise with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Digital Strategies : Design and implement comprehensive digital transformation roadmaps aligned with government objectives.
• Government Stakeholder Management : Engage with senior government officials and regulatory bodies to drive digital initiatives.
• Technology Implementation & Integration : Oversee deployment of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Blockchain, and cloud solutions.
• Process Automation & Efficiency : Lead efforts to streamline operations and enhance digital service delivery.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance : Ensure adherence to national and international regulatory frameworks and data protection laws.
• AI & Data-Driven Decision Making : Implement AI-driven automation and analytics for improved public service efficiency.
• Cross-Border Collaboration : Coordinate digital transformation efforts across Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia in alignment with national policies.
• Vendor & Partner Management : Oversee contracts with technology partners, ensuring optimal performance and delivery.
• Digital Literacy & Training : Spearhead training programs to enhance digital adoption within government entities.
