Arkan Marketing
is seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to lead new client acquisition and partnerships. You will manage the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to deal closure — while developing long-term relationships that drive the agency’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to attract new clients.
Lead high-value meetings and proposals with key decision-makers.
Identify emerging market trends and new growth opportunities.
Manage a sales pipeline and provide accurate revenue forecasts.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and client satisfaction.
Represent Arkan Marketing at networking events and business meetings.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a marketing or creative agency.
Proven record of closing significant deals and achieving sales targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinker with an understanding of digital marketing services.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Must be living in Qatar.
