We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our client's 5-star hotel in Doha, Qatar, and uphold our position as a premier destination for luxury and hospitality.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests enjoy memorable dining experiences. You will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high service standards, and lead a dedicated team to elevate our restaurant's reputation.

• Team Leadership : Inspire and mentor a team of servers, hosts, and support staff.
• Guest Satisfaction : Maintain the highest standards of quality and service.
• Operations Management : Oversee reservations, seating, inventory, and budget.
• Staff Training : Develop staff skills and product knowledge.
• Quality Control : Ensure food and beverage quality meets our standards.
• Cost Control : Manage budgets while upholding quality.
• Collaboration : Work with the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director on menus and promotions.
• Health and Safety : Ensure compliance with regulations and hygiene standards.
• Guest Relations : Build strong relationships with regular guests.
